The company was established by two brothers, John and Evan Lyszczyk (Liz-check), who have a deep passion for servant leadership and providing a high quality of service for their clients. Behind the Name
John and Evan’s Grandfather, Robert “Bob” Senger, was the first successful business owner they knew. Bob ran a landscaping company, and his success was built from his long days of hard work. As the owner he had a lot of responsibilities, but he worked alongside his team and made sure they delivered with quality for his customers. This is the type of client-focused work ethic John and Evan bring to the real estate industry. The next generation of Senger Brothers are hardwired for excellence and “Best in Field” performance.
John Lyszczyk
Graduated Bachelor in Business Administration from Siena Heights University
John is a visionary keen on real estate. Possessing a background in banking, finance, commodities trading and business development, he focuses on building quality relationships and utilizes his industry expertise to serve his client’s best interest. John manages a growing portfolio of real estate in the state of Michigan alongside his brother and business partner, Evan. Together they have built their business on: Dedication, Communication, Determination and Trust while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to all their client’s real estate needs. John specializes in the full spectrum of investment sales transactions; acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio sales, and select asset sales in multi-family, mixed-use, office-space and industrial property classes.

Evan Lyszczyk
Graduated Bachelor in Finance with a minor in Economics from Northwood University
Evan has been the backbone of Senger Group’s operational efficiencies and
underwriting expertise. Detailed critical analysis and problem solving are strengths
that allow him to help his clients navigate the most complex transactions.
Evan started his professional career in the automotive industry and held a key role
as a Plant Controller for a large Tier-1 components manufacturer. More recently Evan
has spent time as a consultant, working with small and mid-sized companies. During
this time Evan assisted several organizations with lease negotiations, property
acquisition and business valuations. Leading with an analytical approach, Evan is
adept in running feasibility studies and asset optimization analysis to assist his clients with
timely investment decisions.
Although Evan has worked with a broad range of product types during his time as a CRE Advisor. His primary focus is on Investment properties and Business Brokerage. Evan’s clientele includes institutional investors, private owners, developers, and owner-occupants.
